am looking to purchase a home in Perth's nthn suburbs somewhere near bottom of the market, [ lo $400ks ] but have not found anything to suit, would like to escape the winter by spending the usual 4 mths in asia but am afraid the market may run & cost me an extra few $k. have noticed a lot more buyers @ home opens & some quick sales which makes me wonder if another price spurt is imminent. Was thinking afffordability was going to cap prices but with higher wages & migrant influx perhaps there is a bit to go. Any thoughts?
