heard on the news the other day that perths property boom was over . maybe prices had stabilized, or gone backwards - but i only got the tail end of the story. did hear the bit, where there were 3 times more properties on the market, than this time last year. this could be correct because on the odd time that i look at properties on the net, for the suburb where i live, there are about three times more properties.
