my rents are really dropping... last year i picked up an identical place for a $70/wk saving but now my rents are going to zero. i've had enough, i'm off overseas. i doubt i will easily escape the tax man but the amount i will save as an expat will leave me well and truely cashed-up for firesale prices in 1.5-2 years time.
