In my view Its not all about labor costs HX also has the following advantages

Built very fast
almost zero waste
accurate laid bricks: means that all internal and external measurements are bang on so that all added hardware ( internal walls, window frames etc will fit straight in from off the plans blueprints

i.e no need for post construction measurements and waiting around before manufacturing, items fit straight in, thus saving more time and costs to the building company.

As your sentiment is sell and your position is not held, I can tell that FBR is obviously not for you.

My reason for posting here on the FBR blog is that I'm excited about that small 2% of my portfolio which I have recently invested in FBR! to me the decision that FBR has taken to buy land and put a show home/s on it for me is a significant de-risking, off both time to customer builds and therefore a good time for me to purchased a little bit of FBR stock.
what's your reason ?
