the other aspect of the increase of laying speed is the dramatic decreasing cost of repayment for the capital item.
previously it has been stated the payback period to be around 12 months on a $2.5m machine.
but if the laying speed doubles - that may reduce to six months
and if the cost of the machine halves to $1.4m then maybe 3 months
every time the company makes a change like this ie 100SBE up to 200SBE and then 300SBE the barriers for change and the rate of return dramatically increases
the valuation of the company in out years ie at 2,3,4 years also exponentially changes upwards
I'm really excited to see this thing out of the shed and into the street,
might not get my wish for Christmas
but I would settle for Q1 2020
