Yes, PTR are masters of selling. The only thing in their favour perhaps is that they could possibly establish enough holes to make a small commercial plant in a shorter time than GDY can drill the holes required for their plant.
This assumes however that they can establish a resevoir and that the hewi model works.
So many ifs and maybes, but the informed investors should be able to see that. PTR in my view is merely a play leaveraged off GDY and PTR's own publicity which the market is gobbling up. Ride it while the market are believers.

Regarding plugging into OD, I seem to remember a conversation with Doone Wyborn about a year or more ago, that there is already a grid line to OD so all GDY have to do is build a line to there to plug in initially. It was more a discussion of how far they had to go to plug in to the existing grid rather than supply OD with power.
