Following on from Khoutam's suggestion, let's get the ball rolling:
"SPB must be removed as it creates no incentive for management to create any value for shareholders. If there is a time for all shareholders to band together, this would be it."
If there is a shareholder in Perth (who will be attending the next AGM) willing to hold a parcel of Proxy votes to vote against the SPB, you have my small parcel of 7.5m to use. Provide your email address (create a new one for this purpose) for all to write to with their details so that when the time comes, the relevant proxy forms can be completed.
