Apparently, daylight saving ends this weekend in places that don't count.
But regardless, it's nuts that there's no trading on the ASX after 1pm or 2pm every day. It's makes Australia a laughing stock.
Someone should reregister the Perth Stock Exchange so that this shortcoming can be ameliorated. Bring back the Perth-only afternoon sessions of the 1980s and you'll see real share trading, real volume and real characters.
