i think perth northern coastal is holding up well based on a VERY limited observation

if you look at the stock on the market at SQM research perth is in the best shape of all of all the capitals

property continues to fall in price in Perth, but i see it as higher turnover in cheaper areas

just simply watching the ads on TV for the special deals in away from the coast areas indicates this to me - these were bought cheaply by the land bankers/devlopers some time ago

all the activity used to be coastal, but that is very pricey now and hard to justify for the average punter

but really im not keeping my eye on the market here and im happy for people to say I am completely wrong as its just a general impression i am getting
