    You just have to look at the number of places for sale in the paper on the weekend - Canning Vale takes up nearly two pages!

    If you look at the average prices being asked - it's around 600k, which doesn't seem like value. IMHO it appears that FHO have purchased or built and are now trying to resell with overly ambitious expectations.
