well put it this way WC makes money (horizon power etc) dont, and need to get subsidised to suit.

Water is perth is very cheap and will stay that way for a while yet. Desal is super cheap which its logical (Desals biggest cost is power.. and really its not that expensive)

Ive worked on a number of larger landcorp site's (have some on the go right now) and we have looked at grey water systems etc and from a outright sustainability perspective... its not technically viable. As water is currently too cheap. (not saying I don't think its a good thing), but when you see the numbers is doesn't add up... which I thought would be the opposite.
