    (43 -7)/ 2 =18 so 43-18 =27 + 4.5 (the average length of a ball point pen) and you have 2 apples a banana and a partidge in a pear tree and opening price PNA...
    Fact is... those who qualify for rights will sell down to buy up. Those who want in and don't qualify 30c rights will pick up the discounts till rights are issued then everyone goes forward together...
