    Shouldn't we see a rise in cobalt again quite soon?


    This Swedish article https://www.nyteknik.se/fordon/eu-brist-pa-batterimetallen-kobolt-redan-2020-6940033 points out that according to EU there will be a deficit in 2020. Only a year to 2020.


    Can someone explain in simply language why Goongarrie Nickel Cobalt Project is on "hold" or a little slowing down. I mean isn't it now we should work fast and hard to be ready when prices goes up again? Maybe has missunderstood something....
