I think the SK deal was a very bad deal in hindsight, it gave all the power to SK and additionally locked up the entire resource for as long as SK wished to power play. That is exactly what they are doing. No financial commitment, no information, no worries, watch that space.
We are talking about a FORTUNE 500 COMPANY, cashflow of $1.2 billion to fund a battery mining project is petty cash. Especially when you consider the multiple billions being spent by them on battery plants around the world.
They locked up AUZ, Pffft, move on and lets play later at an opportune time. When AUZ needed money, SK was nowhere to be seen.
Am I angry, Hell yes. I am a shareholder.
It is my humble opinion that our management have watched this shenanigan and said ABSOLUTELY NOT, We are not interested in the games.
Put your money on the table now, or run the risk of never.
I agree that we have something very special, and that any suitor with the right credentials will be willing to commit fully.
