I've always been fine for them waiting until what you call the "pressure point". I'm in for the value of the resource, and trust the company to act in the way that maximizes its value. Right now doesn't seem like a great time to make deals. It seems like this will eventually be heading toward desperation of supply for our resources, then we can deal from strength, right now the deals I see seem to be coming from a place of weakness. I agree 10X MC is very realistic within 3-5 years. And yes, striking gold would be super fun.
