    On another note, someone over on the other side of the fence raised a point about goongarrie having some of its tenements falling close to a national park.

    As far as I can see however it should not be a problem when referring to this document:

    Ardea retains 100% ownership of all Mining Leases at Goongarrie and, other than legislated government royalties, there are no encumbrances on the project.

    I always read this as meaning the mining leases have already been granted and there is no problem.

    According to this document it is also not impossible to mine on a national park, provided government grants the lease.

    Apologies if this was already discussed ages ago, but in the absence of other news it might merit a discussion. Am I correct in assuming based on the PFS page 6, the majority of goongarrie's resource is on already granted mining leases?
