The main reason I transferred a large holding of CLQ into a large holding of ARL is the irrational difference in valuation. At 1/7 the MC, ARL has much more upside, much less risk. Overall, I actually like ARL slightly better even if their valuation was equal. I like the 3 prong strategy, I feel the management is more investor friendly, and has more skin in the game. But in the end, the thesis is exactly the same, these deposits will be needed, and there are billions in the ground that are going to be dug out for a very long time. A$40M is a ludicrous valuation for what it is, to me its worth 10-20X that at least, all that's needed is patience.
