A green day for yet another $0 down surrender of control of potential production for one of our peers.
By the terms of the announcement we see that the buy in to become a 19.9% holder is gone.
If the market supports a deal that gives the seller $0 it’s going to be interesting to watch what happens the day someone big enough throws some money at us as we have stated that we will not accept any deal that brings $0 to the company.
The SP isn’t much fun to watch but we can rejoice in one thing- ours has held up better over time even without such a ‘partnership’.
Better things come to those who wait longer?
