It's also worth noting on that graph that one of those deposits is in russia and has extra associated requirements due to the polar temps (read below).

The Clarion-clipperton zone is undersea and I'm sure it's quite obvious this does not entail a normal mining process.

Then there's one deposit in china (presumably locked up for china themselves) and 3 located in indonesia (current export ban ect).
After that, it leaves us as a prime candidate for someone looking for a huge deposit in a stable, first world country that can produce ethical materials. All this lining up with the bigger picture gets me very excited.
It's also worth noting on that graph that one of those deposits...
