For another year for sure, and then who knows!

The chinese property market doesnt do well as we talk, and might it will do worse in the not too distant future, me personally still expect a 2020 deal, however now the stars alligned much much better for a 2019 deal than in the begining of the summer when i write up about the deal topic, and then of course who knows! Its all just guesses now hahaha.

My only worry which could delay things and materially could adverse the nickel market is of course nothing else than a significant property Market crack in China. In some important markets prices going sideways for quite some time which is not good for the furious speculator chinese market. Exspecially since the properties doesnt produce proper rental income(anywhere between 1-2%/year).
I live in Guangzhou and i keep telling my friends to be very carefull with their property holdings,and maybe sell their properties and buy some in some european markets, but one of my friend said that in her area she cant even sell her apartment for "the market prices" as there are no buyers now for the sky high prices.

All in all,i am feeling very good about Ardea over medium to longterm and thats all what matters, but i dont know yet the possible time frames it require to bear true fruition for me(of course it always depends who expect,and what kind of returns on this company over time. I have fairly high expectations, but its possible that between today and that day a big China property crash will also happend which might prolong my holding period).
