I seriously doubt this will get built as a 1Mtpa throughput operation, the size of the deposit, and the economics from scale, as well as the impending demand warrants this gets built at 2.25 or even 4.5Mtpa. The only reason it wouldn't is the issue of Capex vs MC, how does a less than 100M company get 1.2B or more to build that kind of operation. Well step in somebody who needs the product, and has the money to dig it up, they should be lining up at some point as cobalt desperation sets in.
