Funding is and has always been the biggest risk to ARL.
The numbers will add up if the TPA is big enough (the CLQ have cheaper/more expensive COP arguments are fairly redundant - the deposits have similar grades and are lithographically similar enough that any difference are marginal). IX units (even cleverly designed ones) won't perform magic.
It's all about fighting for the funding at the moment. That's what PFS etc are for - weapons in the fight for funding. That's why I was disappointed in what was delivered - it should have been all inclusive.
