Trying to take my own advice to others at times & pull my head in a bit... ahem ahem*
Scandium is a good topic as we enter an era of electric vehicles from all drone types to aeroplanes to cars, trucks, buses & eventually my pet favourite- excavation equipment... & space vehicles too, ( an exciting time to be alive for we gadget etc lovers ).
ICEs will stay with us in certain applications for goodness knows how long but scandium will play an increasing role as we move forward with all vehicle types due to the way it can be used to strengthen alloys- we end up with a lower weight material for the same strength & that increasss overall vehicle efficiency.
