Some people have trouble with their communcation skills.
Often they have had difficulties in making friends at school. Maybe their mother not showing them enough attention. I feel sorry for these people, they are often highly repetitive, have nothing new to offer, feed off others and in short, become a cracked record.
I tend to place these people on ignore, but I do sometimes stray.
