I'm expecting the quarterly will give some update to the effect of "The DFS discussions are continuing...etc etc".
They've already hinted in their 30 August Announcement re the Cap raising that the DFS announcement is not likely to be in the Sep Quarter as they've previously outlined:
"The Company is excited to advance the scope of its DFS with the Japanese Consortium under MOU and reach binding terms for full funding of the DFS
by the end of calendar year 2023" - from the MD on 30 August.
It's a big whack of $$$ to commit to and the Japanese do not rush.
