It's an idea from a good place. Thumbs up to your intention.
But I'd prefer individuals to choose where and how they support charities, hopefully at a higher rate than 1% of their ARL profits.
There are many worthy charities, and I'd prefer to see money directed at causes right here in Aus. Plenty of locally underprivileged of all stripes that could benefit from our future wealth from ARL's progress.
Think about the impact of training indigenous mining engineers for example. My five cents.
