Hi Red,
Can you crayon up the section below that indicates those costings include a Cobalt Credit price to reduce mining cost. From memory the Cobalt assumed price was $50,000 Tonne... What would it do the figures you indicated with the red crayon if you used a more conservative price of say $35,000/Tonne?
Would that effect the IRR and payback period.
