Yes the final binding agreement was not extended, my reference was to the extension to February of agreement of scope and due diligence.
One follows the other and I expect we’ll get individual announcements other wise the extension would have just been to end of quarter.
The end of quarter is for execution and agreement so binding agreements will most likely be prior to allow time for execution.
