The timing of everything has not gone unnoticed by me. I think that despite what's happening with the nickel price, if western governments are serious about geopolitics they will move heaven and earth to make this happen. There are a lot of potential pros to bringing ARL online from government perspective

- Japan needs stable supply of resources from trusted allies
- Domestic jobs
- Government can get a return on investment and tax
- Positive environmental PR at a time where governments are struggling with their image of not doing enough
- Positive PR from the other side of politics who wants reshoring
- Assisting USA with their grander political objectives of critical mineral chains

If we're here discussing this, then governments would have come to the same conclusion. The million dollar question for us is do they act and does everything line up. But hypothetically the dream would be sumitomo's tech, mitsubishi offtake, Australian and Japanese government debt financing and consortium taking up partial equity stake in exchange for financing the remainder internally via their keiretsu.
