A lot of the information required is on hand fro PFS and recent DFS tender and scope undertakings and just basic fundamentals from the accounts department so really just need time to put it together definitely doable.I believe ARL is after the full 20 million and why not? what project would qualify for the 20 if ARL doesn’t?
Significant factor in any negotiations our strength at the table certainly improves but also gives JV confidence we have government support, so yes whilst we may not get an announcement straight up as everything has to be on the up and up definitely believe this is a factor
