Yep, it can go either way. I agree postpone can come from previous extensions, but on the other hand, ARL was working on details and surveys on the background to make up a bit lost time. When the DFS is underway, they have already made some preparations. But lets see. And I also agree SP is staying stagnant throughout the way, seeing couple of jumps on good news and the consolidation again. But I like it, don't have money atm to accumulate but building my cash reserves to hit.
