Finland, being a newly minted NATO member ( joined early last year ), will very likely prefer to close that mine for a while than risk upsetting other members of the bloc. Does that mean Norilsk sells? They’ll probably want to hold on to the stake as a bargaining chip so even if they are forced to sell a prolonged court case would occur first.
So! Either a ceasefire & repair of Russia/EU relations or a drawn out sale. Neither will happen overnight.
