The market is also not aware of where Arl is at. There have been many announcements regarding presentations but very little on what they are doing now relative to the DFS standing. It may be that much of the background work to the DFS is already completed so should be technically ahead somewhere irrespective of quarterlies. Where are we now? The DFS commenced in May and here we are now late August none the wiser...
Having said that, it is a good time to buy but if we waited a few months I think we may be able to pick some up in a better deal...
