From the JV announcement, Consortium will assist with funding but I highly doubt this will be without an equity portion. 30% equity seems right to me, very rare to see mine developed without an equity element to the funding package, I would expect there to be a raise between now and the FID as well. One can dream though, a nickel bull run might make the economics so compelling be foolish not to fully debt fund from a bank
