Don’t have a clue really, but if one group has something to gain from even more obscurity of supply/demand then this situation is playing to them. I can find no published reason why this data is withheld, but could you imagine the price scramble if we suddenly found out that LME holds a fraction of long term levels. Are agencies using this data to determine cobalt pricing direction and hence the worthiness of our/sector share prices?
