What’s really interesting and will affect nickel is the foreign entity of concern ruling which affects half the IRA credit.
It’s actually not a factor right now so Chindo nickel is still ok but in 2025 it will disqualify consumers of half the credit regardless of %.
I think we will start to finally the see the green premium as the benefits will outweigh the costs for car and battery producers.
It will be interesting to see what happens with BHP their customers will have no doubt if they don’t pay a premium BHP will shut it down.
