Spot on comments re the trend to value add to community, to paraphrase. It’s both smart and the right thing to do - resources being only finitely exploitable.
Australian companies are leaders in this area eg the work Twiggy does with indigenous communities here or the stellar example of a company like BSE working in Kenya with locals on many initiatives. I would certainly be proud for ICG to similarly be part of raising standards in Peru.
