I have been saying for 3 years I have a problem with the deal CG announced with first quantum , there did not appear to be a date for drilling to commence , yet we had this great carrot for payments and royalties . I would love to be able to ascertain before and after the so called JV if there were actually concessions approved or not , as CG made a big deal re payment of concession payments being transferred to FQ .
