Yep. But remember, there were some high pressure zones within the Amistaad. The high pressure may indicate these sections are well sealed too and we may expect light oil/gas.
I look at the pics of oil over the shakers in Alameda-1. Most pics in that upper part (Amistaad) looked like medium API oil to me. They found some heavier stuff further down into the Marti. And yes the samples were compromised because they travelled through 2-3 km of mud to get to the shakers, but they could still get a qualitative sense of what was encountered. Thats why they're going to develop the Amistaad first.
