Just my two cents (rookie). I don't think RC will have the numbers at the AGM (it’s not like hot copper represents the largest of shareholders). The EGM may be a different story as shareholders have something real and written down to consider. I hope he does pursue it if the AGM is reasonably close.
At this time it appears only one fellow can point to any real successes. This is not really sufficient. We are all walking blind with little assistance at this stage.
I don't for one moment feel this is a case of better safe than sorry. This rocking the boat is risky business. However, it is NXS anyway so what risk does it present comparatively. No option presented to us at this time can be considered remotely safe.
I concede, as someone with a minuscule interest there is not much I can do.
