We simply don't know,it's equally valid an argument that they're still logging cos there's so much reservoir, and there last statement said logging then casing . So nothing has changed, so no news.
Conversely could have drilling issues , whatever , we don't know....what we do know is the comms is shit.....id bear that in mind at vote time.
