ADY Board and management team in Chile has a track record of failure over the past three years. Do some real research.

The shareprice has been below 1c for some time now.How many billion of shares do they have?

ADY has had many years to get its iron ore operation established. It failed then and has never been able to secure a JV party interested. ADY has little money and with shares below one cent will find in my opinion difficulty in attracting new capital from either shareholders and/or finance providers.

For years ADY has spoken bullishly about its resource BUT no Chinese or Indian organisation has offered funds to develop the operation. Many millions of dollars are required.

Of course none of us know if or when ADY may go into administration. We can only speculate based upon the company's inability to perform on most levels.


Many of us have exited long ago and only watch in frustration on what this company could have delivered if it had better leadership.

My understanding is that ADY still has one manager in Michael Clarke overseeing the vacant land in Chile. A Chairman in Scotland ( no-one knows why he was ever appointed as he never travelled to see ADY assets) and a CEO in Melbourne who is buzy running his own accounting firm. Unsure what the second director's involvement is.

Forgot to mention PA , Maria who left and then returned always spinning shareholders "positive news" no matter what was actually occuring.

Suggest that you stay invested but be aware of the high risk you face.
