pooja123, the only value i can see is when the directors stop ripping money out of the comapany by paying consulting fees to a director that had already been paid $ 150,000.00 salary.
Do you call value to shareholders by relocating to an office to house Maria, and do absolutly nothing, except maybe update the top 20 share holders...
All current directors should be dismissed, and a real team of directors appointed that has shareholders value at heart, not there own interests..
