1. Is Mr Barry Sechos still a company director of Link Traders (Aust) Pty Ltd and if so then why wasn’t it disclosed on his Appendix 3X notice? As a lawyer and with purportedly vast corporate governance experience he of all people should have known this should have been disclosed. Secondly as a Board candidate this renders him as a representative of the largest shareholder (now with less than 10%), as such it is requested his nomination be withdrawn or disqualified. In the absence of his nomination being inadmissible then it is requested that the largest shareholders vote on his resolution must be rendered invalid.

2. Why has only current Chairman affiliated nominations being put forward as BOD nominees with neither transparency nor independence of the process or an open invitation for others to be nominated or stand for election?

3. When is Brenda Shanahan stepping down from the Board due to the fraudulent claims under investigation whilst she was Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee? Any continuation in that role and as an officeholder with fiduciary responsibilities to all shareholders alike would be conflicted.

4. Has the company advised the corporate regulator of possible insider trading of past officeholders of PET securities? If not, why not? And when will this be done? The value of trading with privileged knowledge well exceeds any alleged fraud amount stated and based on trading disclosures it is estimated to be nearly $45 million dollars.

5. Are there any shareholders shares being restricted from voting on any of the resolutions due to the alleged fraudulent conduct and report by KPMG?

6. Has the company announced the proposed Company Constitution is up on the website for review and possibly feedback prior to the AGM?
