All the companies that you stated regarding their debt levels are not peers in the Animal health industry. The closest you have shown is Innvocare regarding funerals but the funeral industry is in decline with an aging population.

IMO the stock is a growth story and they have implemented great revenue and booking tracking systems to micro manage the business. I do however think it is over valued at present. I do think that if GXL can acquire Pet Barns while being over valued it will be better for shareholders but as always I would like to see the company generate enough cash to buy them without diluting the shares in the business if it is not going to make that much of an impact.
