Well this is very juicy and really should be gathering much larger headlines. So... the directors were obviously concerned about options and shady dealings (something that us investors obviously didn't) and they sold off large portions of their holdings to release significant wealth in a stock they should have known could end up next to worthless due to dealings unbecoming.

Surely, this class action will bring about some serious negligence? This needs lots of light - our ASX needs integrity and this just highlights some serious shortcomings.
