as I see it, corruption occurred in China, by the Australian definition of corruption, but it’s the way business is done in that country. Play by their rules or get out, Phoslock played but lost .
However, shareholders were mislead at best in the two capital raising, question is by whom and are they culpable?? We may soon find out .
