Phoslock and KPMG must hand over a list of the requested documents by 18th October.
They must hand over all those documents by 8th November.
Protections for legal privilege and whistleblower identities is in place, but the applicant can challenge any of these.
Application for discovery against Freedman and Schuitema is deferred until completion of discovery by PET & KPMG.
Applicant may apply for further discovery against PET for limited catagories.
Applicant pays PET & KPMG's costs for discovery unless they commence proceedings against them by 1st April 2025, then the costs become part of those proceedings.
Case management hearing listed for 25th November.
