the dates the litigation is concentrating on are when we were told all was well and two capital railings occurred. For me, that’s half what most of my losses are as I supported those raising
if we win, we don’t lose 30% to a third party who underwrote the litigation, so for just under $1k to go for losses of over $200k seems a worth while punt.
