I thought the email was amateurish. The language very loose and the plea for funding a bit naive.
This so called action has been ongoing for how long? And now they want funding basically to start the process. FFS what have they done up until now?
I reckon we are cooked. The law firm has nothing of substance to this point to make throwing more cash at it worthwhile.
Asking Fred to co operate? Laughable.
ASIC need to step up or we’ll see nothing happen here and Fred and the boys will divert shareholders funds into some other vehicle they are leveraged to. Directors have zero shares in Phoslock…why would they care about it?
